SPEAKER PRODUCT WARRANTY
All in-ceiling, in-wall, in-room speakers, and volume controls have a limited lifetime warranty. This warranty includes lifetime parts and repair labor on all components. The warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the product and not to any subsequent owner. TRUAUDIO’s obligation under these warranties is limited to repairing or replacing any component found defective in material or workmanship under normal conditions of use with an equal and/or current product. These warranties shall not apply to products that have been abused, modified, or disassembled. Products to be repaired or returned under this warranty must be returned to the factory through an authorized TruAudio dealer with all transportation and insurance charges prepaid.

WRAITH SERIES WARRANTY
LIMITED FIVE (5) YEAR WARRANTY TruAudio warrants to the original purchaser, when purchased from an authorized TruAudio Dealer/Distributor and installed by a TruAudio installer, this product will be free from defective workmanship and materials in the initial installation for the period stated above. Subject to the additional limitations stated below, does not include damage to the associated equipment which may result for any reason from use with this product, and does not include product failure caused by negligence, improper installation, misuse (e.g. overdriving the amplifier or speaker, excessive heat or cold or humidity, outdoor installation). The WRPRO must be used inline between the speaker and amplifier and not doing so will not be covered under warranty. The WR40 subwoofer must use the TRU-S500DSP amplifier, with the appropriate DSP, for power. Using any other amplifier will void the stated warranty. TruAudio will, during the warranty period, either repair the defect or replace the product with a new or remanufactured Product or a reasonable equivalent, and arrange at its acceptable expense, to reinstall this product and prepare the surface of the speaker and mount for finishing, and nothing more. Does not include re-finishing of the wall or speaker.

SELECT SERIES PRODUCT WARRANTY
All Select Series by TruAudio speakers have a limited (10) ten-year warranty. This warranty includes 10 year part and repair labor on all components.
All Select Series by TruAudio subwoofers have a limited (5) five-year warranty (parts and labor) for all speaker components and (3) three years (parts and labor) for all electronic components.
The warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the product and not to any subsequent owner. TRUAUDIO’s obligation under these warranties is limited to repairing or replacing any component found defective in material or workmanship under normal conditions of use with an equal and/or current product. These warranties shall not apply to products that have been abused, modified, or disassembled. Products to be repaired or returned under this warranty must be returned to the factory through an authorized TruAudio dealer with all transportation and insurance charges prepaid.

SUBWOOFER and ELECTRONIC PRODUCT WARRANTY
All subwoofers and amplifiers have a limited 5-year warranty. This warranty includes 5-year parts and repair labor on all components. The warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the product and not to any subsequent owner. TRUAUDIO’s obligation under these warranties is limited to repairing or replacing any component found defective in material or workmanship under normal conditions of use with an equal and/or current product. These warranties shall not apply to products that have been abused, modified, or disassembled. Products to be repaired or returned under this warranty must be returned to the factory through an authorized TruAudio dealer with all transportation and insurance charges prepaid.

OUTDOOR SPEAKERS PRODUCT WARRANTY
All outdoor speakers and subwoofers have a limited 5-year warranty. This warranty includes 5-year parts and repair labor on all components. The warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the product and not to any subsequent owner. TRUAUDIO’s obligation under these warranties is limited to repairing or replacing any component found defective in material or workmanship under normal conditions of use with an equal and/or current product. These warranties shall not apply to products that have been abused, modified, or disassembled. Products to be repaired or returned under this warranty must be returned to the factory through an authorized TruAudio dealer with all transportation and insurance charges prepaid.

PRODUCT WARRANTY
All VSSL branded products have a limited one-year warranty. The VSSL Product Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in every VSSL product for one year from the date of shipment from VSSL or the date of the original retail purchase from an authorized VSSL Dealer. The VSSL Product Warranty does not guarantee that VSSL products will at all times operate without interruption or will be error-free, or that all errors may be corrected. The warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the product and not to any subsequent owner.
Soundvision Technologies' obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing any component found defective in material or workmanship under normal conditions of use with an equal and/or current product. Products to be repaired or returned under this warranty must be returned to VSSL through an authorized VSSL dealer with all transportation and insurance charges prepaid. The warranty period is not extended if we repair or replace your product.
There are some exclusions to the VSSL Product Warranty, including but not limited to:
- Products which have been abused, modified, or disassembled;
- Problems that result from external causes such as accident, abuse, or misuse;
- Use that is not in accordance with VSSL product instructions;
- Products with missing or altered serial numbers;
- Products which have had their housings opened or are otherwise tampered with; or
- Problems caused by the use of third-party accessories, parts, or components.
